Are you excited to help build outstanding teams that create unforgettable live experiences?

Job description

Curious about how a company finds the right people and helps them thrive? During this internship at EVENTIM, you will not only find out but also take ownership of a big part of the process yourself.

About EVENTIM

At EVENTIM, we bring unforgettable live experiences to life. Every day, we help fans discover and buy tickets for concerts, festivals, theatre, sports, comedy and cultural events. We are part of Europe’s number one company in ticketing and live entertainment. Every year, we sell more than 300 million tickets in more than 25 countries. Whether it’s an intimate event or a large-scale festival, we offer reliable and easy-to-use ticketing and e-commerce solutions that scale effortlessly.

We work with a portfolio of organisers and iconic events in the Benelux, including festivals such as Wildeburg, Best Kept Secret and Dekmantel, sporting events such as Libéma Open, theatre performances including Holiday on Ice and Soldier of Orange, and cultural venues such as Paradiso and Doornroosje.

The People & Talent team

You will join the team that empowers our people to do their best work! From finding talented new colleagues to keeping daily people operations running smoothly.

You will get the chance to gain a broad perspective on how People & Talent operates in an international company, with room to explore your interests, share innovative ideas and take ownership as you grow.

What will you do?

You will be an integral part of the team, contributing to both recruitment and HR management:

  • Find our next generation of talent. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for interns joining in September 2027, from defining profiles with hiring managers to screening applications and conducting interviews.

  • Connect with candidates. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and help ensure they have a positive experience throughout the process.

  • Dive into people systems. You will learn to work with a variety of people management tools, including Workday and Leapsome.

  • Keep things moving. You will help manage our People & Talent inbox, respond to questions and make sure requests reach the right people as quickly as possible.

  • Take care of the details. You will learn how to draft a variety of employment documents and proactively support the team with that.

  • Improve the way we work. You will spot opportunities to improve processes and share your ideas on it.

  • Take more responsibility. As you learn, you will gain ownership of your work and become increasingly independent.

You will see how your work directly supports both candidates and colleagues throughout their journey at EVENTIM.
