Lead complex product initiatives at scale for Europe’s biggest live events. Join Paylogic in Groningen and shape products used by millions of fans.

Job description

Senior Product Manager for oure Paylogic Platform

Groningen | Full-time

At EVENTIM Benelux, we build the technology behind some of the biggest live events and festivals in Europe. Millions of fans rely on our platform every year, whether they’re joining a high-demand queue for a sold-out festival or buying tickets for their favourite artist.

For our Paylogic team in Groningen, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who loves solving complex product challenges, bringing structure to cross-functional initiatives and building products that operate at serious scale.

This is not a role where you’ll spend your days writing endless strategy decks. You’ll be in the middle of the action: working closely with Engineering, collaborating with stakeholders across the business and driving impactful product initiatives from discovery to rollout.

You’ll join an ambitious team with energy, lots of ownership and the freedom to make a real impact on both our ticketing platform and the way the Product team operates.

Paylogic is part of EVENTIM, Europe's largest ticketing and live entertainment company, ranking as the world's number two provider. The client list runs from Tomorrowland and André Rieu to Comic Con and Zoute Grand Prix. The product challenges are as varied as the events themselves.

From high-traffic on-sales and fan journeys to payments, backoffice tooling and commerce flows used by clients and colleagues, you’ll work on products that directly impact millions of fans and some of the largest live events in Europe.

What you’ll do

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of larger and more complex initiatives across the Paylogic platform. You’ll work closely together with other Product Managers, Engineering teams and business stakeholders to successfully deliver initiatives from discovery to rollout. Within these projects, you’ll naturally act as a senior sparring partner for other Product managers through collaboration, feedback and shared ownership.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead complex product initiatives from discovery to rollout

  • Align priorities across Product, Engineering and business stakeholders

  • Drive roadmap execution across cross-functional initiatives

  • Stay hands-on throughout the full product lifecycle

  • Support and collaborate with other Product Managers

  • Improve requirements, prioritisation and product quality

  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve how we work

  • Work closely together with Engineering and Operational IT teams

Job requirements

What you bring

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within SaaS, software or e-commerce

  • Experience leading complex, stakeholder-heavy product initiatives

  • Strong product thinking combined with a pragmatic mindset

  • Confidence in navigating fast-moving environments

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience with discovery, prioritisation, roadmap planning, rollout and optimisation

  • A hands-on mentality and strong sense of ownership

  • Fluent English communication skills

You’ll probably like this role if you…

  • get energy from solving complex product challenges

  • like balancing strategy with execution

  • enjoy working closely with engineers and stakeholders

  • thrive in scale-up environments with lots of ownership

  • like improving not only products, but also the way teams work together

  • prefer collaboration and impact over hierarchy and politics

What you’ll get

  • A salary that alligns with your experience.

  • 27 vacation days + travel reimbursement.

  • A spot in our newly renovated office at the Vismarkt in Groningen.

  • Career development support: coaching, training and clear growth paths.

  • Remote working budget + laptop of your choice.

  • Mental health support via OpenUp.

  • Hybrid working (2 days remote per week after onboarding).

  • Access to the events we support + monthly events and company parties.

  • A fun, international team that genuinely enjoys what we do.

  • And of course: team lunches & Friday drinks.

Why EVENTIM Benelux?

You’ll join an ambitious, international and collaborative organisation where ownership and initiative are genuinely valued. We move fast, challenge ideas, learn continuously and work together to build products used by millions of event visitors across Europe.

Our Groningen office combines the energy of a scale-up with the impact and scale of an international market leader in ticketing and live entertainment.

If you’re looking for a role where you can work on technically interesting challenges, help shape a growing Product organisation and make visible impact, this could be a great fit.

Interested? You can apply until June 5th. You don’t need to add a motivation letter; instead, we’ll ask you a few short questions to get to know you better. After the application deadline, we will schedule the first round of interviews with selected candidates.
