At EVENTIM Benelux, you help fans attend some of the most iconic events in Europe: from Tomorrowland to concerts, theatre shows and festivals all across the Benelux. 

 

As a Customer Service Agent, you make sure fans can enjoy these experiences without stress. When they have questions about their tickets, orders or payments, you’re there to help. 

 

From our brand-new office in Groningen, our Customer Service team supports fans before, during and after their ticket purchase. 

 

What you’ll do 

You help fans with questions about their tickets and make sure their event experience runs smoothly. 

Your day may include: 

  • Supporting fans via email, chat, phone and social media 

  • Helping with ticket, payment and order-related questions 

  • Investigating issues in our ticketing systems 

  • Providing clear, friendly and efficient support 

  • Identifying recurring questions and sharing insights with the team 

Every day is different. One moment you might help someone access their festival ticket, the next you’re assisting a fan preparing for a concert, theatre performance or cultural event. 

 

Your team 

You’ll join our Customer Service team in Groningen, a close-knit group of around 15 colleagues working in an international and collaborative environment. 

We work from our brand-new office located on the Vismarkt, right in the heart of the city. The entire Customer Service team is based here, creating a lively and social workspace with a pool table, Friday drinks and monthly team events.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for 

  • Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Dutch is a plus, but not required 

  • You live in or near Groningen 

  • You’re available 16–32 hours per week 

  • You're available during office hours (08:30–17:00) and occasionally on Saturdays 

  • You’re organised, friendly and enjoy helping people 

 

Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus, but not required. 

This role is also easy to combine with studies, making it ideal for students looking for a flexible job alongside their education.
